Terms of Service

GENERAL TERMS
✦ You have to provide clear a reference of the character. I won't take traditional references unless I'm given a digital image including the colors of the character.
✦ Won't work with "only text references" unless it's a custom.
✦ You're not allowed to trace, copy, claim as yours or sell my artwork in any way.PAYMENT
✦ I won't work on the commission until it’s been paid. Big commissions of 100 USD or more can be paid in half / half (payment plan).
✦ The account you use to make the commission must be yours. I won't accept parent's accounts if you're a minor.
✦ Done via PayPal (USD) or MercadoPago (ARS / Moneda LATAM). I'll send an invoice to the provided email.
✦ No full refunds once the commission is started unless I can't finish it. Depending on which stage the art is, different refund amounts will be given.

✦ If you need your art piece finished by a certain date and I already have some slots taken on my queue, you can pay an extra fee to have it finished on time. This depends on the type of commission as I may not be able to finish a rendered fullbody in a day.
✦ I will give a WIP (work in progress, sketch) if asked. In that case, your commission will be "frozen" until you answer back in case of any changes.
✦ You're not allowed to remove my signature from any art.
✦ You can only repost the watermarked version of the commission with proper credit (To avoid the theft of my art and/or your character).
✦ All my artwork is for personal use only. No resells, no merch, no NFTs.AS AN ARTIST
✦ I can decline any commission.
✦ Can upload any piece I like as an art example. If you don't want your piece uploaded on social media, let me know.
✦ Any attempt of scam / art theft / character theft will get you blacklisted permanently of my commissions.
✦ If a chargeback happens from your part, I'll fight it back. I save screenshots of the commission in question when I accept it.
✦ If you don't like how the art ended up, just let me know and I'll fix what needs to be fixed. Fees may apply.
